By accessing or purchasing from drinkbudi.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our site or services.
2. Products and Ordering
BUDI offers caffeinated functional beverages for sale. By placing an order, you represent that:
—You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent
—You are not pregnant, nursing, or under medical advice to avoid caffeine
—The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
3. Pricing and Payment
—All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
—We accept GCash, Maya, Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa, and Mastercard
—For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery by our logistics partner
—Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the original price
4. Shipping and Delivery
—Free shipping on orders of ₱500 and above
—Estimated delivery for Metro Manila and Luzon: 2–4 business days
—Delivery timelines for Visayas and Mindanao may vary
—We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, or force majeure
—Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier
5. Returns and Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your BUDI purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement — no questions asked.

—Damaged or incorrect items eligible for full replacement at no cost
—Opened products are eligible under the 30-day guarantee
—Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after approval
6. Ambassador and Affiliate Program
Participation in the BUDI Ambassador Program is subject to separate program terms provided upon acceptance. Key points:
—Commissions are earned on verified referral purchases using your unique code
—BUDI reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice
—Fraudulent referrals will result in program termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
—Ambassadors must disclose BUDI affiliation in all content per applicable advertising standards
7. Intellectual Property
All content on drinkbudi.com — including logos, product photography, copy, and design — is the property of BUDI Philippines. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
User-generated content (reviews, photos submitted to us) grants BUDI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing purposes.
8. Health Disclaimer
BUDI contains 150mg of caffeine per bottle. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or are sensitive to caffeine. Not recommended for individuals under 18.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, BUDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
